Preventing Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is one of the dreaded cancer disease among women. Causes of breast cancer due to abnormal cell growth in breast tissue. At the advanced stage, removal of the breast had to be done to maintain patient safety.

 
Breast cancer arise because of several factors, including genetics, environment and hormones.


No one knows the exact causes of breast cancer. Based on statistics, most breast cancer patients are women aged above 50 years. This means that the older the person, then the chance of developing this disease.
 

Another factor that affects the family history. If there are families who suffer from this disease like a mother or siblings then the chances will be even greater.
 

Breast cancer can also be caused by previous cancer in other organs that spread to the breast. Or if there is a history of previous cancer in other organs.
 

Another thing that can trigger cancer is a lifestyle. Frequently consuming foods that contain chemicals or are carcinogens, alcohol, or smoking.
 

One effort to prevent breast cancer is with a healthy diet, one of three cases of breast cancer due to dietary factors.
 

A good diet helps keep the immune system. Although there has been no food that can cure cancer, eating certain foods and reducing certain other foods can prevent breast cancer.
 

Foods that are rich in fiber, can reduce levels of prolactin and estrogen, the possibility to attach themselves to these hormones and then throw it out of the body. This can further suppress the phase of the growth of cancer or carcinogenesis.
 

Reduce saturated fat diet can also reduce the risk of cancer likely to have substantial disease. Soybeans and soy products without fermented can inhibit tumor growth.
 

Vegetables rich in vitamin A, like carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale and mustard greens, may help. Vitamin A prevents the formation of cancer-causing mutations. While fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C reduce the risk of breast cancer.
